Thefts

Datris Stone reported Sunday that a $48 necklace was stolen from Belk on North Elm Street in Lumberton, according to a police report. Willie Clark reported Saturday that a $25 ring was stolen from the store, according to a police report. Cedrick McKinnon reported that a hoodie, valued at $54.99, was also stolen, according to a police report.

Audrey Rose Locklear, of McDougald Street, Lumberton, reported Sunday that someone stole the battery, valued at $130, from her car, according to a police report.

Connie Gail Sanderson, of Pike Place, Fayetteville, reported Saturday that the 30-day tags were stolen off of her vehicle while it was parked at Walmart on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, according to a police report.

Mary Oxendine, of Clark Street, reported Friday that someone stole $600 in cash from her purse, according to a police report.

Garry Evans reported Friday that someone cut a hole in the convertible top of a car at Garry Evans Automotive on Roberts Avenue in Lumberton, causing $2,000 in damage, according to a police report.

Carl Lohmm reported Saturday that $30 in rib-eye steaks were stolen from Walmart on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, according to a police report. Donald Southern reported that $25.32 in items, including cutlery and pencils, were also stolen from the store, according to a police report.

Shannon Michelle Davis, of Purvis Road, Rowland, reported a vehicle stolen on Friday, according to a police report.

Becky Belk Bright, of Shaw Road, St. Pauls, reported a vehicle stolen on Saturday, according to a police report.

Vandalism

Abbigail Overfelt, of East 19th Street, Lumberton, reported Friday that $100 in damage was done to her back door during an attempted break-in, according to a police report.

Whitney Rachael Carlyle, of Raspberry Lane, Lumberton, reported Sunday that someone broke the front passenger window of her car while it was parked on East Fifth Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.

Carolyn Hammonds, of East Seventh Street, Lumberton, reported Saturday that someone entered her home without permission and punched a hole in the bathroom door, causing $200 in damage, according to a police report.
