Thefts

Dione Bryant, of Lu Lu Drive, Red Springs, reported Monday that someone broke into her car at Smith’s Body Shop on North Roberts Avenue in Lumberton and stole $515 worth of items, including softball equipment, shoes and a drum, according to a police report.

Andrew Holloway reported Tuesday that someone broke into a car belonging to Wynn Site Work Inc. at Holiday Inn on Wintergreen Drive in Lumberton and stole a $1,200 saw and $300 worth of hand tools, according to a police report.

Angie Williamson, of Wesley Pines Road, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that her $400 Samsung Galaxy cell phone was stolen at Luther Britt Park, according to a police report.

Carla Franklin, of Amberleaf Drive, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that her pocketbook, an unknown amount of cash, keys, checks and a debit card were stolen from her at Food Lion on Elizabethtown Road, according to a police report.

Donna Show reported Tuesday that a gunman stole $20 worth of cigarettes and cigars from Sun Do on Roberts Avenue in Lumberton, according to a police report.

Vandalism

Linda Carol Dunbar reported Tuesday that someone cut the wires under a vehicle at Contempora Fabrics on Contempora Drive in Lumberton, causing $200 in damage, according to a police report.
