Hunt – Carter
Jacqueline Hunt, of Lumberton, and Hensley Norton, of Elberton, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Sonny L. Hunt, to Jimmy W. Carter, the son of William and Katrina Carter of St. Pauls.
Hunt attended Lumberton Senior High School, Robeson Community College and Fayetteville State University. She works for Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
Carter attended Lumberton Senior High School and works for Spartan Nash Co.
The wedding ceremony will be held at 3 p.m. on Aug. 2 at The Rock Church of God.
Huggins – Rowland
Mr. and Mrs. Paul Huggins, of McDonald, announce the engagement of their daughter, Anna Beth Huggins, to Casey Neale Rowland, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Smitty Smith and David Rowland, all of Lumberton.
Huggins and Rowland both attended Lumberton Senior High School and Robeson Community College. Huggins works for U.S. Cellular and Rowland works for Smith’s Refrigeration.
The wedding ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. on Sept. 13 and Smith’s Family Farm in Lumberton.
Bridgers – Propes
Mr. and Mrs. John Morrison McNeill, of Red Springs, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Evans Bridgers Jr., of Fairmont, announce the engagement of their daughter, Ginny Marie Bridgers, of Charleston, S.C., to William Todd Propes, the son of Deborah Anne Robertson, of Charleston, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Wilden Propes, of Columbia, S.C.
Bridgers attended The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and works for Astellas Pharma.
Propes attended The University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. He is employed as a U.S. probation officer.
The wedding ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. on Dec. 6.
