RED SPRINGS — A 43-year-old Red Springs woman and her two young children have been missing for nearly two weeks, according to the woman’s husband, who filed a report with the Sheriff’s Office.
Claudia Rozio Garcia was reported missing on Friday by her husband, Dennis Estrada. Estrada said he last saw her at their home on Old Lowery Road the morning of Oct. 31, according to Maj. Anthony Thompson, chief of detectives for the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
According to Thompson, Estrada spoke to his wife about noon that day and hasn’t heard from her or their children since.
Garcia is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. She has blond shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.
Thompson says he believes Chasity Estrada, 8, and Hansel Estrada, 2, are with their mother.
Chasity Estrada is 3 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 50 pounds. She has black, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. Her brother is 2 feet tall, weighs 25 pounds and has short brown hair and brown eyes.
Estrada did not provide a photo of his wife and children to the reporting officer, said Thompson.
