LUMBERTON — RE/MAX Real Estate Exchange in Lumberton recently added Cliff M. Pait to its staff.

Pait is a Bladen County native with more than 11 years of experience as a real estate broker and 30 years with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development division. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and the Realtors Institute.

LUMBERTON — Linda Metzer, a sales associate at the Century 21 branch in Lumberton, recently received the company’s Centurion Producer Award for her sales in 2013. To qualify for the award, an associate must make $199,000 in sales or have 58 closed transaction sides within a calender year.

Metzer has received the award multiple times during her 26 years with the branch.

LUMBERTON — Premier Advantage Reality in Lumberton recently added Janell Carroll to its staff.
