The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Praise and Worship Ministries, the Revs. Ricky Deese, Jimmy Locklear and Adam Ransom officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Chapel Holiness Methodist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Eva G. Locklear of Red Springs; a son, Larry Locklear of Pembroke; a brother, Percell Locklear of Maxton; a sister, Francis Locklear of Pembroke; a step-brother; two step-sisters; special friends, Adam Ransom and Mary Ann Ransom, Adam Fonta Ransom and Makenzie O’Harlie Ransom, all of St. Pauls, Christy Gail Woods and Cayden West, both of Lumberton; Christopher Alexander of South Carolina and Kristen Ransom of Red Springs.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Revels Funeral Home in Lumberton.
