LUMBERTON — Six veterinary clinics in Robeson County have agreed to provide discounts to have dogs and cats spay and neutered during September.

According to the county Health Department, the clinics will offer discounts ranging from 20 to 30 percent from Sept. 7 through Sept. 16. Everyone is invited to take advantage of the discounted rate.
