LUMBERTON — Southeastern Hospice’s 32nd annual Festival of Trees has been scheduled for Dec. 3, 4 and 5 at the Osterneck Auditorium in downtown Lumberton.

This year’s theme is “Collected Memories.” Festival organizer and Southeastern Health Marketing Coordinator Ann McLean is inviting area businesses and artisans to join the event as sponsors and decorators.

“Each year, we look forward to partnering with our sponsors and decorators to make this event a showcase of local talent through beautifully decorated trees as we prepare for the Christmas season,” McLean said. “Funds raised through our sponsorships fund services provided by Southeastern Hospice, Robeson County’s only nonprofit hospice, to patients and families in the community who are dealing with serious illnesses.”

Sponsorships range from $200 to $800 and are tax deductible. Decorators are given a materials stipend and begin decorating trees the week before the event. Sponsors and decorators are invited to attend the Dec. 2 VIP Preview Party.

To become a sponsor or decorator, call McLean at 910-671-5007.
