LUMBERTON — During this season of giving, Robeson Health Care Corporation gave back to the community with a donation and collaboration in support of Southeastern Family Violence Center.

The RHCC board of directors approved a $117,000 donation to support the services provided by SFVC. Grady Hunt, of Locklear, Jacobs, Hunt & Brooks, Attorneys at Law, also supported this endeavor to bridge resources that will generate new opportunities.

“Southeastern Family Violence Center is very grateful for the generosity of RHCC in making this donation and supporting our work,” said Emily Locklear, center executive director. “The SFVC board of directors is excited about the additional services and opportunities that will be available because of this donation.”

Robeson Health Care Corporation and the Southeastern Family Violence Center also are working together on Project Catalyst. This project is focused on addressing intimate partner violence and human trafficking through health care leadership and collaboration.
