Bianca Gregg, of Meadow Road in Lumberton, reported Monday that someone poured sugar in the gas tank of her 2004 Black Kia Spectra and caused an estimated $2,000 in damage and slashed two tires, valued at $400.

Vareen Casey, an employee at MJ&K Auto Sale on West Fifth Street in Lumberton, reported Monday that someone cut the fence, kicked through the door and broke into five vehicles, stealing a 32-inch Sanyo flat screen television, valued at $150; two 12-inch Memphis subwoofers, valued at $800; a Memphis amplifier, valued at $500; a Pioneer touchscreen radio, valued at $1,000; a Pioneer flip touchscreen radio, valued at $1,000; tools, valued at $1,000; and rims valued at $1,000. Damage to the fence was valued at $1,000 and the door, $450.

Mary Gist reported Monday to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office that she was the victim of a motor vehicle theft on Saddletree Road in Lumberton.
