Vandalism

Penny Rodgers, an employee at J.C. Hargrave Elementary School on Hargrave Street in Lumberton, reported Monday that someone threw rocks at the school, causing $4,000 in damages to its windows, according to a police report.

Andrew Martin, of Winona Avenue, reported Monday that someone threw a rock at his home, causing $100 in damages to a window, according to a police report.
