Thefts


Aston Lowry, of Kenan Avenue, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that her $700 iPhone 5 and Leopard phone case were stolen at the Robeson County Department of Social Services, according to a police report.


Freddie Smith, of North Roberts Avenue, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke into his vehicle, causing $350 in damage, and stole a $500 CD player, according to a police report.


Iris Phillips reported Wednesday that three 12-volt vehicle batteries, valued at $100 each, were stolen from K.M. Biggs Tractor Trailer Sales on Elizabethtown Road in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Sandia Rogers, of N.C. 130 East, Orrum, reported Wednesday that her $800 iPhone 5 was stolen at Kids Foot Locker on North Elm Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Tina Britt reported Wednesday that $3.62 in Budweiser beer was stolen from Food Lion on West Fifth Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Sasha Gilchrist, of McDougald Street, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke into her house, causing $150 in damage to a window, and stole $5,690 worth of items, including clothes, jewelry, shoes and two televisions, according to a police report.


Carol McCormick, of Roberts Avenue, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke into her car and stole $100 in cash, a $250 radio and a $100 Gucci pocketbook, according to a police report.


Corey Smith, of North Roberts Avenue, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke into his car and stole a $400 CD player, according to a police report.


Vandalism


Bishop Hodge reported Wednesday that someone broke into Elkay Manufacturing Company on Caton Road in Lumberton and cut wires on 12 vehicles, causing $6,000 in damage, according to a police report.


Lashonda Washington, of Lee Circle, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke a window at her house, causing $200 in damage, according to a police report.
