Joseph Hepple, of Peachtree Street, Lumberton, reported Wednesday that someone broke into his house, causing $100 in damage to the door, and stole $40 worth of electrical breakers and a $10 radio, according to a police report.


The following break-ins were reported to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office:

Sign and Drive Auto, on N.C. 41 North, Lumberton; Lewis Richard Oxendine, of Collins Drive, Lumberton; Kevin Locklear, of Prospect Road, Pembroke; Beauford Chavis, of Shannon Road, Lumberton; James Brown, of Short Lane, Red Springs; Douglas Marshall Locklear, of U.S. 74 West, Lumberton; Connie Lisa Locklear, of Elrod Road, Rowland; Gerald Wayne Alred, of Bunk Drive, Lumberton; Teena Smith, of N.C. 72 East, Lumberton; and Joseph Harrington, of Red Hill Road, Maxton.
