Realtor earns top designation

Staff Report

LUMBERTON — Lisa Smith Little, a real estate agent with Century 21 — The Real Estate Center, recently completed the curriculum required to earn the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Little has joined 9 percent of real estate agents in North Carolina who hold the GRI.

Little earned the designation by attending an intensive training series that goes well beyond the fundamentals of real estate. The institute takes an in-depth look at topics such as business ethics, marketing, negotiating, legal issues and risk reduction. The designation is a way for agents to increase their awareness, enhance their professional image, and build new business.

Century 21 — The Real Estate Center can be reached by calling 910-738-8151. It is located at 4850 Fayetteville Road.
