LUMBERTON — The State Employees’ Association of North Carolina District 24, which includes Robeson, Bladen and Columbus counties, will hold its annual meeting on Thursday at 6 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Pier 41, located at 2401 E. Elizabethtown Road in Lumberton. New officers and delegates to the statewide convention will be elected.
