WINGATE — Paul Nelson Locklear, of Pembroke, graduated recently from Wingate University with a doctorate of educational leadership.
He works for the Public Schools of Robeson County as the principal of Oxendine Elementary School in Wakulla. The commencement ceremony at the university in Wingate was held on May 20.
Locklear and his wife Sharon Joy have two children, Michaela and Jydor. He is the son of Anthony and Mary Anglean Locklear, of Maxton.
