Thefts


Richard Hammonds, of Edwards Street, Lumberton, reported Monday that someone stole $200 in cash and a $10 gasoline card from him at Sun Do Gas Station on East Fifth Street, according to a police report.


Donald Keith Wren reported Tuesday that someone stole $6,000 in copper wire from J.B. Hunt Trucking on West Fifth Street in Lumberton, including $500 worth of wire that belongs to Carlton Transport Inc., according to a police report.


April Faison, of Meadow Road, reported Monday that someone broke into her house and stole a $50 microwave and a 32-inch Ario television valued at $200, according to a police report.


Harry Franklin Knepp, of Lonniefields Road, Bear Creek, reported Tuesday that his Ford Super Duty truck, valued at $7,777, was stolen from Howard Johnson on Capuano Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Wayne Thomas Stevens, of North Walnut Street, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that someone broke into his house and stole six radiators valued at $250 each, a couch valued at $500, a window air conditioning unit valued at $250 and a stove valued at $750 and caused $29,850 in damage to another three radiators, a door, a furnace, the home’s wiring and a wooden staircase, according to a police report.


Lynn McNabb reported Tuesday that someone left Sun Do Gas Station on East Fifth Street in Lumberton without paying for $23.18 in gasoline, according to a police report.


Warren Johnson, of Mt. Olive Church Road, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that $120 in cash were stole from him at a home on High Street, according to a police report.


Jackie Ashley Lovette, of Seventh Street, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that her black iPhone 4S, valued at $250, was stolen at Dollar General on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Vandalism


Chiquita Lavesa Townsend, of Eisenhower Street, Lumberton, reported Monday that someone broke the rear window of her car, causing $600 in damage, according to a police report.


Rose Mace, of West Fifth Street, Lumberton, reported Tuesday that someone scratched her 2002 Acura MDX, causing $1,200 in damage, according to a police report.
