PEMBROKE — A 41-year-old man reported missing by his family around midnight on Sunday was found dead Wednesday morning, according to Pembroke Police Chief Grant Florita.
Michael Taylor’s family reported him missing after he got in a dispute with his wife, Heidi Taylor, and left, threatening to commit suicide. He was last seen Sunday morning at the Strickland Heights housing complex on Roberts Avenue, where he lived.
Michael Taylor’s brother found him in a vehicle in a field near St. Anna Road between 10 and 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Florita said the cause of death is under investigation.
