LUMBERTON — A 26-year old Lumberton man was injured during a drive-by shooting Wednesday at a Fayetteville Road shopping center in North Lumberton, according to the Lumberton Police Department.

Clarence Graham, who lives on Spruce Street, suffered a non-life threatening injury when he was shot in the lower left leg at about 1:15 p.m., according to a statement from the Police Department.

According to the statement, multiple shots were fired in the parking lot of For U Beauty, located at 3551 Fayetteville Road, near Pleasant Pizza and Bryant’s Gun and Pawn.

Police Capt. Terry Parker said little suspect information is available, but added that the shots were fired from a gold vehicle with a male and female. The male shooter’s race was available, but The Robesonian does not include information on race unless there is other descriptive information that could logically help identify the person.

Another vehicle and a newspaper box were also struck by bullets.

Anyone with information should call Detective Lee Hinson at 910-671-3845.
