Thefts


Diedre Hines, of N.C. 211, Bladenboro, reported Sunday that her laptop was stolen from her room at Howard Johnson on Capuano Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Tiffany Bristow reported Saturday that candles, valued at $50, were stolen from the Dollar General on N.C. 41 in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Datris Stone reported Sunday that $412 in kids’ clothing was stolen from Belk on North Elm Street in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Tiffany Renee Pittman, of Cherokee Street, Lumberton, reported Saturday that $600 in cash was stolen from her, according to a police report.


Gail Terri Hunt, of Ward Store Road, Fairmont, reported Saturday that someone broke into her car while it was parked on Linkhaw Road in Lumberton, causing $500 in damage to the vehicle, and stole $390 in items, including $250 in cash, according to a police report.


Heather Pittman, of Jeremy Drive, Lumberton, reported Friday that someone broke into her car while it was parked at The Village Station on Roberts Avenue in Lumberton, causing $100 in damage to the window, and stole 50 in items and $100 in cash, according to a police report.


Nakeya Carter reported Friday that a pair of boots, valued at $30, was stolen from Citi Trends on Roberts Avenue in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Donald Southern reported Friday that baby items, valued at $200, were stolen from Walmart on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, according to a police report.


James Linwood Spencer, of Smiths Farm Road, St. Pauls, reported his vehicle stolen on Saturday, according to a police report.


Vandalism


Melissa Jones reported Monday that a guest at Motel 6 on Lackey Street in Lumberton kicked the A/C unit and fire extinguisher in a room, causing $200 in damage, according to a police report.
