Mercer Pineda reported Monday that someone broke the rear passenger window on one car at Gary Evans Automotive on Roberts Avenue in Lumberton, causing $100 in damage, and stole an air compressor, valued at $200; broke another car’s window, causing $100 in damage, and stole the radio, valued at $150; and entered another car that was unlocked and stole a radio of unknown value, according to police reports.


Guadalupe Orozco, of Elizabethtown Road, Lumberton, reported Sunday that someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole $200 in cash, according to a police report.


Donald Todd, of Cherokee Street, Lumberton, reported Monday that the tags, valued at $30, were stolen off of the New Light Apostolic Church van, according to a police report.


Debbie Brown, of West Fifth Street, Lumberton, reported Monday that a Dodge minivan, valued at $5,000, was stolen from a parking lot at 103 Elizabethtown Road, according to a police report.


Wayne Strickland reported Monday that $68,000 in construction equipment, including a yellow 2004 John Deere back hoe valued at $55,000, was stolen from the Gibson Cancer Center construction site on Pine Run Drive in Lumberton, according to a police report.


Frederick Quick, of East 15th Street, Lumberton, reported Monday that someone broke into his house and stole $30 in cash and a $700 55-inch flat-screen television, according to a police report.
