Calling All T1D Adults and Families!
The Coastal Carolina Branch of JDRF invites you to connect with other people who live with diabetes in your area. It's an opportunity for families to learn about resources in the area, get tips on what works well, and an afternoon of support from others who know what you are going through.
Come out for this free social and informational event. We will have a speakers, lunch and refreshments, door prizes and break out sessions for kids, parents and adult T1D's.
