ROWLAND — Eric Leonard, of Purvis Road in Rowland, reported on Friday that someone forced open a sliding glass door in his home to gain access to a safe, from which they stole $500 in gold coins, $500 in change and $2,500 cash, according to a sheriff’s report.
Leonard reported about $500 damage to his sliding door and $500 damage to the safe.
LUMBERTON — Jacqueline Davis, of Carver Street, reported on Friday that someone took her wallet that contained about $2,400 cash while she was at the 41 Laundromat on Elizabethtown Road, according to a police report.
LUMBERTON — Roger Pittman, of East Ninth Street, reported on Friday that someone entered his home through a window and took a $300 television, a $1,000 laptop computer and a $300 laptop computer, according to a police report.
LUMBERTON — Victor Matthews, of Cherokee Street, reported on Friday that someone took the gas tank from his 2003 GMC Yukon, according to a police report. The tank was valued at $1,100.
LUMBERTON — Jaime Wilkins, of East First Street, reported on Friday that someone pried open a window to his home and took about $1,000 in goods, according to a police report.
LUMBERTON — Charles Lewis, of West 18th Street, reported on Friday that someone kicked in the front door of his home and took a $200 Xbox 360 game console and $180 in games, according to a police report.
Lewis reported about $300 damage to the front door and frame.
LUMBERTON — Walter Brown, of Warick Mill Road, reported on Saturday that someone broke into his home and took a $400 television and an $89 Nintendo Wii gaming system, according to a police report.
