n Theft

LUMBERTON — Mike Deese, of Baird’s on Elizabethtown Road, reported on Thursday that someone took two air conditioner units from his business that were valued at $9,000, according to a police report.

n Break-in

LUMBERTON — Elaine Singletary, of Side Street, reported on Wednesday that someone kicked in a door to her home, ripped a box for her security system from the wall and damaged a telephone box, according to a police report.

The burglars caused about $550 damage to the door and two boxes. Singletary was not home when the break-in occurred, according to the report.

Parkton Tobemory Road in Parkton; and Irvin Ivey, at 2443 N.C. 20 in St. Pauls.
