Crime Reports for Nov. 3
ROWLAND — Terry Sampson, 46, of N.C. 130, reported on Sunday that someone broke into his 2001 Ford truck and stole $1,225 in tools, $50 in diesel fuel, and $26 in plastic gas containers, according to a sheriff’s report.
LUMBERTON — Randy Butlee, 43, of Dallas Road, reported on Sunday that someone stole a $6,500 air conditioning unit from his home, according to a sheriff’s report.
LUMBERTON — Bobby Hunt, 57, of N.C. 41, reported on Friday that someone stole his 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, according to a sheriff’s report.
It was valued at $6,500. A $150 gun was in the vehicle.
LUMBERTON — Bruce McGirt, 40, of Travelers Road, reported on Sunday that someone stole a scooter from Porter Road, according to a sheriff’s report.
It was valued at $900. Also missing was a $100 helmet.
LUMBERTON — Steffanie White, 25, of Barnhill Road, reported on Sunday that someone damaged her 1999 Chevrolet Blazer while it was parked on Singletary Church Road, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damages were $500 to the tires, $300 to a door, and $200 to a windshield.
LUMBERTON — Leandra Carter, 20, and Daniel Carter, 17, of McLean Road, reported on Friday that someone broke into their home and stole property, according to a sheriff’s report.
Missing were $850 in jewelry, $775 in electronics, $665 in clothes, $480 in cologne, $435 in movies, and $400 in knives.
ROWLAND — Earl Thompson, 53, of Chicken Road, reported on Sunday that someone broke into his home and stole a $500 chain saw and a $400 gun, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damages were $500 to a storm door and door.
LUMBERTON — David Cook, of Antioch Lane, reported on Saturday that someone broke into his home and stole $2,655 worth of guns, according to a sheriff’s report.
LUMBERTON — WIlliam Henning, 33, of Lamb Road, reported on Sunday that someone stole a $370 gun from his home, according to a sheriff’s report.
FAIRMONT — Nicole Wagner, 19, of N.C. 41, reported on Friday that someone broke into her home and stole $2,358 in jewelry, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damage to a window was $25.
PARKTON — Ebony Malloy, 23, of Hope Mills, reported on Friday that someone damaged her 1993 Jeep Cherokee on Victoria Drive, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damage to the tire rims were $3,600.
FAIRMONT — Latoya McCormick, 19, of Stone Road, reported on Friday that someone broke into her home and stole $1,588 in electronics, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damages were $200 to a front door and $100 to a porch door.
MAXTON — Charlie Miller, 28, of Juanita Road, reported on Friday that someone broke into his home and stole $1,110 in checks and $600 in cash, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damage to a back door was $450.
LUMBERTON — Stephen Emanuel, 30, of Ivey Road, reported on Friday that someone broke into his home and stole $1,985 in electronics and $140 in cash, according to a sheriff’s report.
LUMBERTON — Tai Yancey, 24, of N.C. 72, reported on Saturday that someone broke into his home and stole $1,539 in electronics, $874 in watches, and $200 in cash, according to a sheriff’s report.
ST. PAULS — David Espitia, 21, of Blue Springs Road, Red Springs, reported on Saturday that someone stole his 1999 Chrysler from Mary C. Road, according to a sheriff’s report.
It was valued at $6,000.
LUMBERTON — Holly Pittman, 27, of Gardener Drive, reported on Sunday that someone broke into her home and stole $1,479 in electronics and a $20 piggy bank, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damage to a front door was $350.
PEMBROKE — Timmy Locklear, 42, of Mozart Drive, reported on Saturday that someone stole a 1994 Lincoln Towncar that belonged to Derrick Butler, 27, of Lumberton, from his home, according to a sheriff’s report.
It was valued at $1,500.
LUMBERTON — Lynn Hayes, 42, of Caondor Drive, reported on Saturday that someone stole a $1,200 television from her home, according to a sheriff’s report.
PEMBROKE — Marcus Dial, 17, of N.C. 72, reported on Sunday that someone shot into his home after he and his friends left a party when a fight broke out, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damages were $1,200 to a glass window and $600 to a garage door. Ten other teenagers were in the home at the time and four suffered minor injuries.
ROWLAND — Craig Caulder, 39, of Henry Berry Road, reported on Sunday that someone broke into his home and stole $750 in guns and a $200 Playstation, according to a sheriff’s report.
Damage to a door was $39.
MAXTON — Denise Troy, of Grapevine Drive, Maxton, reported on Sunday that someone stole his 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix, according to a sheriff’s report.
It was valued at $3,500.
LUMBERTON — Jeremy Lewis, 21, of 1379 Old Whiteville Road, was arrested on Friday and charged with assault by strangulation, communicating threats, and assault with a deadly weapon, according to a police report.
He was being held under no bond.
LUMBERTON — NY Discount on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive reported on Monday that someone cut a hole in the roof of the building, according to a police report.
Damage was $1,000.
LUMBERTON — Marcino Acatilure, 28, of N.C. 41 and Jorge Flores, 24, reported on Friday that a gunman stole $750 in cash on Warrick Mill Road, according to police report.
Acatilure suffered minor injuries.
LUMBERTON — Javier Alvarado, 35, of Rozier Church Road, reported on Sunday that someone stole his 2003 Ford F150 truck from Lackey Street, according to a police report.
It was valued at $10,500.
LUMBERTON — Mario Ruiz, 23, of Victoria Estates reported on Saturday that three gunmen came into his home and stole $550 in electronics, $200 in cash, and $60 in miscellaneous items, according to a police report.
Ruiz was not injured.
LUMBERTON — Jamie Gonzales, 21, of Elizabethtown Road, reported on Friday that someone armed with a gun and knife came into his home and stole a $300 gold necklace and $22 in cash, according to a police report. Gonzales suffered minor injuries.
Damage to a window was $200.
