This is why Robeson County citizens need follow these instructions and no one will steal from you.

Buy any brand of shotgun preferable 12 gauage that shoots 3 1/2 inch shells. Buy a box of 3 1/2 inch shells, any size buck shot will do. Buy the cheapest box of rice you can find and a box of rock salt. Carefully remove the pellets out the the end of the shells. Then pack the shells with rock salt at the bottom and then place a few rice pellets in the top and seal the shell back together. When fired the rice will break the skin and the rock salt will then get into the flesh and burn the heck out of the cut. Promise they will not return to your house, if everyone votes for OBAMA today, you can turn in your guns after the first of the year. LONG LIVE ROMNEY
