Theft

LUMBERTON — Stevin McGill, of Bradford Street, and Cindy Jolly, of Crescent Street, each reported on Monday that someone took a lawn mower from their yards, according to police reports. McGill reported his lawn mower to be valued at $150; Jolly valued her lawn mower at $190.

Break-ins

LUMBERTON — Ted Brooks, of Buddy’s Home Furnishings at 3567 Fayetteville Road, reported on Monday that someone broke the passenger window of a truck belonging to the business, causing $350 damage, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Roy Cox, of Black’s Tire & Auto Services at 1910 W. Fifth St., reported on Saturday that someone broke the front door glass of the business and took a $300 television and $250 vehicle code scanner, according to a police report. Cox also reported that the thief took snacks valued at $20 from a vending machine belonging to Canteen Vending Services in Hope Mills.

Cox reported $500 damage to the front door and window glass and $100 damage to the vending machine, according to the report.

Deep Branch Fire, at Deep Branch Road in Lumberton; Doug Mills, of Starlite Drive in Lumberton; J.W. Hammonds, at Resa Loop Drive in Lumberton; Vanessa Register, of U.S. 74 in Lumberton; Jairo Gomez, of Missile Drive in Red Springs; and Lumbee Electric, of Pine Log Road in Lumberton.
