James Clayton Locklear exposed himself to a 5 year old girl and has a charge of assault on a female already and his bond is only 2,000 dollars!!! Are you serious??? He shouldn't even have a bond just for exposing himself to the 5 yr old. Just don't understand!!!!! Ridiculous
