n Arrests

LUMBERTON — Joe Neil Locklear, 20, of 335 Pine Forest Drive in Maxton, was served outstanding warrants on Wednesday for first-degree burglary and felony conspiracy while being held at the Robeson County jail for robbery, first-degree burglary and kidnapping charges for a July 15 home invasion, according to sheriff’s Maj. Howard Branch.

Locklear’s total bond is set at $150,000.

LUMBERTON — Tracy McLaurin, 18, of 655 St. James Circle, was arrested on Thursday and charged with breaking into a home on Cox Lane on Wednes-day and taking cash money and a television, according to Branch. McLaurin is out on a $5,000 bond.

SHANNON — Michael Lynn Jackson, 36, of 6758 Old Lowery Road in Shannon, was arrested on Thursday and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, according to Branch. Jackson is being held at the Robeson County jail under a $20,000 secured bond.

LUMBERTON — Jessie Ray Locklear, 20, of 51 Tina’s Road, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury after shooting his cousin in the back following a fight at the Dean Dome at 2310 Capuano St., sheriff’s Maj. Howard Branch.

Locklear is out of jail on a $5,000 secured bond.

n Robbery

LUMBER BRIDGE — Happy Mart No. 2, at 102 S. Fayetteville St., reported on Sunday that two men robbed the store of an unknown amount of cash at gunpoint, according to a sheriff’s report.

n Break-ins

LUMBERTON — Kathleen Siemers, of Ranger Court, reported on Sunday that someone entered her unlocked 1994 Geo Prizm while it was parked at Motel 6 at 2361 Lackey St. and took $726 cash and prescription medication of an unknown amount, according to a police report.

LUMBERTONGary Mix, of Edgewood Street, reported on Monday that someone climbed through his bedroom window and took a $311 television and DVDs valued at $1,000, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON Margorico Brixton, of Epes Transport System at 3400 Edgefield Court in Greensboro, reported on Sunday that someone broke into a 2012 Volvo truck belonging to the business while it was parked at Big Lots at 1731 Roberts Ave. and took a driver’s license valued at $30, according to a police report.

Brixton reported $200 damage to a window.

LUMBERTON — Eric McDonald, of Lumberton Mobile Home Park at 1140 Roberts Ave., reported on Sunday that someone broke into his home and took a refrigerator valued at $200, according to a police report.

LUMBERTON — Jerry Scott, of Mallard Drive, reported on Sunday that someone broke into his 1998 Ford Escort while it was parked at Travelers Inn at 2320 Capuano Road and took $200 cash, according to a police report.
