LUMBERTON — Girl Scout cookies are on sale until March 11.

Each box is $3.50, and there are eight varieties to choose from, including the popular Thin Mints, Caramel deLites and Peanut Butter Patties. Customers who don’t want to purchase cookies for themselves can support the military with Operation Cookie Drop. Now in its eighth year, customer donations have purchased more than 415,000 boxes of cookies for the program.
