To the Editor,

I spent half of January and half of February at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. But under the circumstances I could not think of a better place to be.

The concern and treatment of the patient is remarkable. They are kind and always pleasant, always ready to help. Starting with those who greet you at the door and then all the way through your stay.

The pulmonary team was very efficient, friendly and concerned. Their food crew is very pleasant and their food is always good. The cleanup crew kept the room immaculate and yes I got another birthday cake this year.

Again I want to stress to the people of Robeson County, you have one of the needed things on Earth right now, a top notch medical facility.

I cannot praise the nurses enough. There was Allison, Cecelia, Carolyn, Tonia, Malinda, Denise, Ruth, Raymond, Pat, Bridgett, Hattie, Jackie, IMCC, Becky, Celeste, Jessica, and Sweet Francis. There were others, whose names I didn’t get, but thank all of you for excellent care.

I can’t say enough about my doctors. Dr. Mark Jordan, you are the top of the line, the absolute best. Thank you for all of your concern and care. Dr. Sar War, you are excellent doctor, thank you. Dr. Sterk is another wonderful intelligent and concerned doctor, thank you. Dr. Walton is another great doctor, thank you. You will never find any doctors to match these doctors.

My husband was at SRMC with heart problems and received four stints. Thank God he was there, and was treated by their wonderful staff. Thank you also to the great doctors who treated him, Dr. Denardo, Dr. Walters, Sr. Walton, Dr. Holli, Dr. Saquib, and Dr. Aziz.
