Isaac Hayes Jr., 57, of 531 Carver St., formerly of Fairmont, died Nov. 20, 2012, at his residence.

The funeral will be 2 p.m.Wednesday at Worleys Mortuary Chapel, Pastor Judy McMillan officating. Burial will follow in Hayes Cemetery.

He is survived three sons, Donald Smith of Burlington, Desha Stevens of Lumberton, and Devondra Mack of Durham; two daughters, KiKiWana King and Ebony Mack, both of Durham; seven brothers, Thomas Hayes of Fairmont, Harry Hayes, William Hayes, Eddie Hayes of Lumberton, Archie Hayes, Jamie Hayes of Charlotte, and Tony Hayes of Durham; eight sisters, Cora McCall, Ann Hayes, Connie McLellan of Fairmont, Sylvia Thompson of Lumberton, Wanda Hayes of New York, Shirley Watson of Georgia, Vicki Hayes of Rowland and Tonia Hayes of Orrum; and eight grandchildren.

The visitation will be one hour before the service.
