James Lennon, 60, of Lumberton, died Oct. 29, 2009, at Linkhaw Place

in Lumberton.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Piney Grove Baptist Church in

Evergreen, the Rev. Roosevelt Davis officiating. Burial will follow in

Davis Cemetery in Evergreen.

Surviving are four daughters, Angela Underwood and Kenia Davis, both

of Lumberton, Felicia White of Winston-Salem, and Sherrella Nixon of

Hope Mills; two brothers, Stevie Lennon of Whiteville and Christopher

Lennon of Hope Mills; three sisters, Viola Freeman of Bladenboro,

Vanessa Williams of Hope Mills, and Wanda Moore of Whiteville; 13

grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Colvin Funeral Home

in Lumberton.
