Jeffery Collins, 21, of 412 Meadow Wood Circle, died Dec. 21, 2012, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be noon Saturday at Cromartie Temple of Praise. Burial will follow in Maranatha Gardens of Fairmont.
He is survived my his mother, Rita Collins; a daughter, Ja’monnie Hayes; and four brothers, Al Collins, LaMont Collins, LaRon Woody Collins and Bryan Collins.
The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at Cromartie Temple of Praise.
