Shirley Fay Ransom, 76, of Bladenboro, died Sept. 14, 2012, at Southeastern Hospice House.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. today at Center Road Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Singletary Cemetery in Butters.

Surviving are two sons, Steven Bennett and Richard Bennett; a daughter, Connie Brooks, six grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.

Frances McCall, 84, of 8553 Andrew Jackson U.S 76, formerly of Dillion, S.C., died Sept. 14, 2012, at home.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Lighthouse Apastalic Holiness, the Rev. Elder James Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery.

Surviving are a daughter, Ammie L. Newkirk, two stepdaughters, Magdalene McCall and Sally McCall; a son, Thomas McKellar; a brother, Jim McCoy; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be 1 to 7 p.m. today at S&L Funeral Home.
