Mildred Warwick Fairfax, 82, of Trinity, formerly of Fairmont, died Dec. 27, 2012, at Gray Brier Nursing Center in Trinity.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton, the Rev. David Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Allen of Archdale; a sister, Phylis Leggett of Fairmont; and three grandchildren.
A time of visitation will follow the service at the cemetery.
