Col. Locklear honored Friday
PEMBROKE — Col. Stacy Locklear, of Pembroke, was honored at a retirement ceremony on May 18 at the Joint Use Intelligence Analysis facility in Charlottesville, Va.
Locklear, whose retirement took effect Friday, was responsible for directing the activities of more than 100 personnel in the execution of various classified programs in direct support of operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Locklear is married to Missy Lockear and is the father of Kayla and Kyra.
