To the Editor
I’m writing this letter in regards to The Empty Stocking Fund. I just want to thank God for laying it upon each and everyone who contributed to the fund. I want to greatly express my appreciation to The Robesonian for God giving you a dream to start the project years ago.
I’ve never been in a predicament where I was unable to get my kids Christmas until this year. Although, God made a way for it to happen. That’s what this season is all about — Jesus our Savior being born over 2,000 years ago to give his life for mankind. It’s all about sacrifice for someone else as our Lord sacrificed his life for us.
Let’s not forget our Savior this Christmas.
I am very thankful.
