Parent of bullied child says school system won’t help her

To the Editor,

I’m a concerned parent. My daughter is a student at St. Pauls Middle School.

She has been bullied since the first of school. I’ve been out to the school several times, talked to several different people on this matter, but without results.

I’ve been to the school six times already, and my husband once, and my pastor of my church once.

My daughter had to fight on Nov. 3. Now the schools wants to give my child three days home. That’s not right.

I’ve gone to the Board of Education on this matter but they haven’t talk to me yet. I’ve called them, still haven’t talk to anyone yet. I will be heard one way or another.

The school system is just a social meeting place for teachers, principals, etc. They just want a paycheck and a title for themselves. They don’t care about kids learning or about their safety. They have the nerve to take prayer out of school. We need prayer everywhere we go.

This matter must be resolved ASAP. If not for my child, for the next victim.

I think the school needs to be investigated. I will not and cannot take this matter lightly and neither should you.
