LUMBERTON — Do you have a darling dog or a cool cat? Only the best will win the Cutest Pet contest.

From Chihuahuas to Great Danes and even a Toy Poodle posing as Santa Claus, The Robesonian’s Cutest Pet contest is comPETitive.

The contest is free to enter for owners of all animals, regardless of leg count, and the person with the cutest creature will have something else to cuddle up to — a $250 prize.

Participants can submit a photo, title and description of their special friend by visiting www.robesonian.com and clicking the Contests section, which can be found under the Features tab.

Readers can vote beginning Sept. 17 by logging in with their current user name and password, or by creating a new one by clicking the Register Now tab on the top right corner of the contest window. Votes are free and can be cast once a day until Sept. 30.

Your cat says to log on meow and enter for a chance to win. Not giving your pet the credit it deserves would be a cat-astrophe.
