To the Editor,

A family man committed to and driven by Christian values at home and at work. A man of honor and excellent reputation in his local Green Pines community. One who has managed well his own personal and professional business. Effectively leads the daily bus transportation system for the thousands of students in our public schools. Proven trustworthy in managing the resources of Robeson County as a 16-year county commissioner, 14 years of which he represented us in oversight of the Department of Social Services.

A vote for Raymond Cummings promises continued success in our county government. I, as a church pastor for more than 40 years, encourage the good people of District 5 to join me in re-electing Raymond Cummings.

to those that have a dog in the race, i was told you have already been exposed and got favors while others was left out in the cold, so I don't have to say anything more, and neither should you.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the WHOLE point of an Election to JUDGE? Lmao Christians need to be consistent in their buffoonery.

Yeah, might as well re-elect 'Ol Raymond. He don't know which end is up, just like all the rest of 'em.

...and the only time you see this man is during re-election time. Christian values? every candidate for election has Christian values. ...managed his own personal business well? really? who would know that? ...the county has really improved in 16 years... really? looks like its gotten far worse, but whatever you say.

This man is in church every Sunday and obviously you aren't a Christian or you would know the bible says not to judge! Maybe you should actually have a conversation with the man before you speak about him! Do you think being a commissioner is the only job he has? He has a regular job, he's a father, husband, and grandfather! You also need to understand that it's hard to please everyone, Jesus couldn't even do that! And if you did know him you would know he is involved and not just election time, maybe you should get out more!
