Tina Stepp, director of the Robeson County Public Library, spoke at a recent meeting of the Col. Thomas Robeson Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She talked about the library’s scheduling and offerings for the public, her accomplishments since becoming director, and outlined her short-term and long-term goals for the library’s six branches.
