Mary Hall
PARKTON — Mary Jane Brown Hall, 85, of Parkton, died Jan. 8, 2013, in Dunn.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Parkton United Methodist Church, the Rev. Teresa Rutledge officiating. Burial will follow in Parkton Cemetery.
She was born in Bynum on Oct. 3, 1927, to the late Adrian and Hannah Cuthrell Brown.
Hall retired after 30 years of teaching with Cumberland County Schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hall Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Ann Smith and her husband Terry and Beckie Sutton and her husband Mike; a son, Jimmy Hall and his wife Denise; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The visitation will be one hour before the service at the church Fellowship Hall.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Parkton United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 88, Parkton, N.C.
