To the Editor,

I would like to let Katie Lewis and others know that the people who did not vote for Obama do have enough common sense to know what the Bible has to say about sinful leaders. In Biblical times, when Israel had a wicked leader, they suffered. When they had a God-fearing leader, they prospered.

She accused people of judging. She used the words in her letter, so-called Christians. Was she not judging?

Some of the Americans have turned their backs on God. I believe that before Obama’s term in office is up we will really know what he is truly about. And I don’t believe that it will be good.

Ms. Locklear never said the President was not a christian. Many believe President Obama has shown and taken positions opposite from true christian beliefs such as, socialism, abortion, gay marriage, etc. For others, there is still the birth-certificate issue. What is really on the original birth-certificate? Calling one racist because they do not agree with someone's political views, is just totally silly.

How many other Presidents have had their birth certificates questioned!!!! Are you people serious?? Name one!!!!! It is what it is!!!! Race has always been and issue, and always will be!!! Just accept it and learn to deal with it.

Hey sportflunky: Every president in history has shown his original birth certificate but this one. Let's see, words that are considered racist now, include but are not limited to: chicago, apartments,poor, welfare,obama,work,birth certificate,crime,poverty,basketball,golf,job,....

Racism is a figment of your imagination.... It doesn't exist anymore, I know this...

And you are a government school teacher? No wonder our kids are in last place in the world in education......................

Ross, I see you get a kick out trying to get people to react to your negative comments. Again, you are a true minority. I doubt you are rich and you probably don't own a business; but racism is what it is(deal with it like everyone else). According to your last post, you have admitted that your child is not the brightest light on the Christmas tree. Parents like you are why YOUR kids are last in the world in education. You were a H.S. dropout and surely the apple was falling close to the tree, so you're buying her a Diploma at a private school. Stop blaming public education for your lack of achievements academically. I guess if you peel the onion back far enough, you can find others to blame.

People had no choice in their leadership since God

chose for them from Abraham thru Judges down to King Saul and King David. After King David it passes down the family.

Racism? That card has been played too many times over the last four years. Just like the boy who cried wolf, your accusation is completely baseless. Obama supports abortion and same sex marriage. Those positions are in opposition to Christian beliefs. That's where she is coming from.

Im getting so sick and tired of everytime someone disagrees with Obama or any democrat they are labeled a racist. This is so childish. This is the best defense the democratic party has right now. If you disagree with them on anything you are a racist. Im a Christian and Jesus teaches us to love all people. So sick of this race card being played all the time. My citizenship is in heaven, not democrat or republican. I put my faith in God not man. God has a purpose for everything.
