PEMBROKE — The River Roots Arts Guild, which was scheduled for tonight from 5 to 9:30 at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke’s University Center Anne, has been postponed because of the weather.
The event will be rescheduled, but no date has been set. It will feature about 20 vendors selling hand-made arts and crafts, and performances by local bands Dark Water Rising and Lakota John and Friends.
