ST. PAULS — Two men have been arrested and charged with selling marijuana and opiates, according to a sheriff’s report.

Derrel Andre Ballinger, 22, of 118 Rozierville Road, and James Donquonshe Rozier, 21, of 57 Whirl Wind Drive, are each charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking opium or heroin and conspiracy to traffic opium or heroin. Ballinger is also charged with conspiracy to sell or deliver marijuana; Rozier is also charged with possession of a stolen automobile.

According to the report by agent T.G. Sampson, 235 grams of marijuana and 78 grams of the prescription drug Percoset were seized from a property on Edgegrove Circle in St. Pauls.

Both men are being held in the Robeson County jail, each under an $80,000 secured bond.
