LUMBERTON — A Maxton man was killed and a second person was injured when a tractor-trailer ran a stop sign and struck a pickup truck Monday. LUMBERTON — The Robeson County Board of Commissioners on Monday will consider an amendment to the county’s junkyard-control ordinance that will stiffen penalties for violations.
