Veterinarians offer bargains to spay, neuter cats and dogs
Adelina Shee Staff writer LUMBERTON — Pet owners who have been thinking of having their four-legged friends sterilized have 12 days beginning Monday to get a bargain on the procedure. The Robeson County Veterinary Medical Association’s twice-a-year SNIP (Spay/Neuter Improves Pets) program runs from Monday through March 16. LUMBERTON — The Robeson County Board of Commissioners charged the county more than $5,600 for meals after board meetings between Jan. 3, 2012, and Jan. 17 of this year.
