Chester Chavis Chester Chavis PEMBROKE — Chester Charles Chavis, 62, of 209 Jaycee Hut Road, died April 23, 2013.
The funeral will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Berea Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery in Fairmont.
Chavis was born on Nov. 24, 1950, in Dillon County, S.C.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Chavis, and a nephew, Cary “Spanky” Chavis.
