Red Springs' boys will play Camden (23-5) Thursday at 7 p.m. while South Robeson's girls will face Southwest Onslow (22-3) in Wednesday's nightcap at 8:30 p.m.
The girls' regional final is set for noon Saturday while the boys will play at 2 p.m.
All 1A and 3A East Regional contests will be held at Crown Arena.
The 2A and 4A regional will be played at Crown Coliseum.
It is the first time in 20 years the East Regional will not be held in Greenville.
The 97th boys' championships and the 40th renewal of the girls' finals will be held at the Smith Center on the University of North Carolina campus and Reynolds Coliseum at North Carolina State University, scheduled for March 13. The 2A and 4A finals will be at the Smith Center while the 1A and 3A championships are set for Reynolds Coliseum.
